HERMOSA BEACH, Los Angeles County — October 25, 2026. Hermosa Beach has scheduled a regular City Council meeting for Tuesday, October 27, at 6 p.m. The city’s official listing identifies Council Chambers, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, as the location. The calendar indicates a scheduled window through 10:30 p.m.; it does not mean the session will necessarily run until then.

How can residents participate?

The city’s October 27 meeting notice describes three options for public participation: in-person attendance, Zoom and telephone participation. The event page provides the current Zoom link, call-in number, meeting ID and passcode. People wishing to submit eComments are directed to the City Council agenda portal and its eScribe system.

When are written comments due?

According to the city’s event instructions, eComments should be filed at least three hours before the 6 p.m. meeting.
